Chocolate Cupcakes

I love cupcakes. I really love chocolate cupcakes.

I made the below for a birthday/baby shower. (The birthday was Saturday night, the baby shower was Sunday morning). I will admit, I was running behind and a box of Duncan-Hines Devils Food Cake Mix was used in the baking of this cake. However, the frosting was totally homemade (3c. of powdered sugar to a stick of softened butter + a little milk to loosen it).

All in all, they were made perfect because of the Oreos. Mini-Oreos, hand-dipped in milk chocolate.
